Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant lives in Pauri Garhwal, and it is difficult for her to attend the court at Dehradun on each date. The

ground mentioned in the affidavit filed with the application is not controverted by the respondent.

In the above circumstances, in the interest of the justice, the application under section 24 of C.P.C. is disposed of with the direction that Matrimonial Case no. 82 of 2012 Pankaj Sailani vs. Smt. Shalni (under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955) is transferred from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Dehradun, to the court of Judge, Family Court, Pauri Garhwal, for further proceedings and disposal of the case. (Interim order dated 19.05.2012 stands hereby vacated).
