This is second application seeking regular bail in FIR No. 141 of 2013 under Section 379, 411 IPC, police chowki Lakhi Bagh, police station Kotwali Nagar, District Dehradun.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is in judicial custody with effect from 26.04.2013; both the offences are triable by Magistrate; after investigation charge-sheet has already been filed.
Considering the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant be released on bail, on her furnishing a personal bond of ` 50,000/- and two sureties, of the like amount, to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehradun.
