Applicant‐ Savez who is in jail in connection with crime No. 303 of 2013, relating to offences punishable under section 457, 380 and 411 IPC, registered at P.S. Kotwali Manglaur, District Haridwar, has sought his release on bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant has falsely been implicated in the case, and he was picked up by the police from his residence. It is also contended that two persons have been arrested, and only one bag containing the bell was recovered. It is not specifically shown that recovery has been made from the present applicant. It is further submitted that applicant has no criminal history. He is the only person to look after his family.
Having considered submission of learned counsel for the applicant, without expressing any opinion as to final merits of the case, this Court is of the view that applicant deserves bail.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. Let applicant Savez be released on bail on executing personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Roorkee.
