Heard Sri N.S. Negi, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned standing counsel for respondents.
Sri N.S. Negi, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the grievance of the petitioners has already been redressed by the Department and as such, writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid statement, writ petition is dismissed as infrustuous.
