Heard Sri H.M. Raturi, learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant, learned G.A. and perused the record.
Perused of the F.I.R. reveals that the offence has been made out against the petitioner/applicant in Case Crime No. 24 of 2004 under Section 409 I.P.C. and 13(I)d, 13(2) Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 registered at Police Station Dalanwala, District Dehradun.
Considering this, the writ petition is dismissed.
Interim stay order, if any, stands vacated.
