Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
Perusal of the F.I.R. reveals that the offence under Sections 13(1)C, 13(1)D, 13(2) P.C. Act and 409, 120-B I.P.C. registered at Police Station Dalanwala District Dehradun ahs been made out against the petitioner/applicant.
Considering this, the writ petition is dismissed.
