The petitioner expecting his allocation to the State of Uttar Pradesh. In view of this, with the consent of parties we pass the following order:
The impugned order of transfer shall be kept under suspension upto 31.07.2002 so far as it relates to the petitioner in case the petitiner has not already been relieved. On 1.8.2002, the petitioner shall join the place of transfer without any further intimation.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
