Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-respondent. This is an application for extension of time for compliance of the judgment and order dated 28.07.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.553 of 2017 by the respondent- petitioners. Mr. Dutta, learned counsel has fairly submitted that despite their best efforts, the respondent-petitioners could not constitute the selection committee/board. Having due regard to the circumstances that has been faced by the respondent-petitioners, this court is inclined to extend the time for compliance of the judgment and order dated 28.07.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.553 of 2017 till 28thOctober, 2017. It is made clear that under no circumstances further extension of time will be permitted. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of.
