appearing for the respondent-applicant.
This is an application for extension of time in order to comply the order dated 21.08.2017 delivered in WP(C)24 of 2015 by the respondent-applicant (Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.)
Despite serious reservation expressed by learned counsel for the respondent, this court is of the view that as a final chance, additional two months may be granted, as Mr. Bhattacharya, representing the respondent-applicant (Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.) has assured this court that no further laxity will be shown.
It is made absolutely clear that under no circumstances further accommodation will be made. The respondent shall comply the said Judgment & Order within the extended time i.e. two months from today.
