Heard Mr. S. M. Chakraborty, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. B. Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing for the respondentapplicant who filed this application for correction of some typographical mistakes which crept in the judgment dated 22.08.2017 delivered in RSA No.17 of 2013.
Also heard Ms. S. Deb (Gupta), learned counsel appearing for the appellant-respondent.
On comparison with the records, it appears that the plot No.26109 has been wrongly typed in place of plot No.26107. This court has compared with the schedule of the suit where there is no plot No. like 26109, but there is a plot No.26107 which has not been referred in some places of the said judgment.
According to this court, these mistakes require to be corrected.
In para 7 of the judgment, where the survey plots Nos. have appeared, instead of 26109 the plot No. shall be 26107.
In para 13 similarly, in the place of plot No.26109 the plot No. shall be 26107.

Similarly in para 16 where the additional issue has been framed by this court, in place of plot No.26109 the plot No. shall be 26107.
Let the judgment be corrected accordingly.
Registry is authorized to correct the original judgment by virtue of this order. If any change is required in the decree in view of this order, necessary correction may be done by the Registry.
That apart, as a measure of abundant caution, this order shall be made part of the judgment dated 22.08.2017 delivered in RSA No.17 of 2013.
A copy of this order be sent to the trial court so that correction are noticed.
The Office shall issue a fresh certified copy without cost to the parties on deposit of the certified copy as they have obtained earlier.
It disposes the application.
