Chakraborty, learned Addl. G.A. appearing for the respondents. Ms. S. Debgupta, learned counsel has pointed out at Page-80 of the judgment and order dated 20.02.2017 delivered in WP(C) No.766 of 2016 [Sri Ashish Ranjan Banik versus State of Tripura & Others] etc. in serial No.38 of Page-113 the name of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as “Sri Ashish Ranjan Bhowmik” in place of Sri Ashish Ranjan Banik. By means of this review petition, the petitioner has urge this court to correct the said mistake for removing any confusion. Having perused the records, this court is of the view that such correction by way of review is required to be made and accordingly, in serial No.38 in the table appearing at Page No.80 of the said judgment, the name of the petitioner shall be substituted as Sri Ashish Ranjan Banik on deletion of the incorrect entry viz. “Sri Ashish Ranjan Bhowmik”. The Registry is directed to correct
	the said name in the original judgment

has pointed out at Page-80 of the
judgment and order dated 20.02.2017
delivered in WP(C) No.766 of 2016 [Sri
Ashish Ranjan Banik versus State of
Tripura & Others] etc. in serial No.38 of
Page-113 the name of the petitioner has
been wrongly typed as “Sri Ashish
Ranjan Bhowmik” in place of Sri Ashish
Ranjan Banik.
By means of this review petition,
the petitioner has urge this court to
correct the said mistake for removing
any confusion.
Having perused the records, this
court is of the view that such correction
by way of review is required to be made
and accordingly, in serial No.38 in the
table appearing at Page No.80 of the said
judgment, the name of the petitioner
shall be substituted as Sri Ashish Ranjan
Banik on deletion of the incorrect entry
viz. “Sri Ashish Ranjan Bhowmik”.
The Registry is directed to correct

the said name in the original judgment
