Heard Mr. B. N. Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the claimant-petitioner as well as Mr. J. Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the State-respondents. By a common judgment and order dated 18.05.2015 the L.A. App. No.18 of 2009 and L.A. App. No.19 of 2009 were dismissed.
The appellant-respondent has deposited for satisfying the award a sum of Rs.44,508/- in this Registry by the cheque No.927113 dated 24.01.2017 on State Bank of India. Now by this application, the claimant-petitioner has sought leave of this court for withdrawing the said amount.
Mr J. Majumder, learned counsel appearing for the appellant-respondent does not oppose such prayer.
Accordingly, Registry is directed to release the said amount to the claimant-petitioner, namely Sri Kamal Tripura following the procedure.
Accordingly, this petition stands allowed and disposed of.
