There are typographical mistakes in the order dated 02.06.2017. Those are to be corrected for obvious reason. In the penultimate paragraph the date 01.01.2006 should have been 01.06.2017 but it has been typed as 01.01.2006. As such, it is corrected to 01.06.2017. Similarly, the date 07.07.2016 is corrected to 07.07.2017.
In terms of the above, the order dated 02.06.2017 stands corrected. This order shall form part of the order dated 02.06.2017.
A copy of this order shall be supplied to the counsel for the parties for doing their needful. In addition thereto, a copy of today’s order be sent to the Judge, Family Court, Kailashahar, Unakoti forthwith for placing the same in the record.
Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
