He advised them to take the victim girl to the hospital for her medical treatment. This witness has further stated that Smt. Suman Orang and Mangal Orang, the parents of the victim had left the brick field after about two months of the occurrence and they have been residing at there home state i.e. Jharkahnd. PW-7, Dr. Pranab Chowdhury was the Doctor who examined the victim for determining her age and on physical, dental and radiological examination he came to the inference that the victim would be between 3 to 5 years. He also identified the report (Exbt-5). PW8, Mr. Bimal Baidya having received the information from Sanjay Debnath, PW-5 about the occurrence immediately proceeded to the brick field and recorded the oral statement of Smt. Suman Orang, the mother of the victim on the spot. As the offence was a cognizable offence, investigation was immediately launched. He arranged the medical examination of the victim child and caused seizure of the blood sample, saliva and vaginal swap of the victim and also the blood sample, urine etc. of the accused. He has stated in the trial that as the investigation officer he examined Smt. Suman Orang and Mangal Orang, the victim, Kamal Tripura, Manju Mog, Debabrata Debnath, Sanjay Debnath and Roshan Kumar Singh. The investigation had commenced after registration of the F.I.R. PW-8 has also stated that he produced the victim girl to the Court for recording her statement but on that day her statement could not be recorded by the Magistrate on the ground of her unwillingness and again as per the order of the Court, the victim girl was produced on 22.04.2014 and on that day her statement was recorded and thereafter on collection of the medical report etc., the final police report was filed.
