The application is one under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for granting pre-arrest bail to the petitioner namely, Partha Ranjan Das, who apprehends that he is being arrested by police in connection with New Capital Complex Police Station case No.17/2017 under Sections 468/471/409 IPC.
At this stage, the learned Sr. Counsel prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition.
