This is an application under Section 438 Cr. P.C for granting pre-arrest bail to the applicant namely, Bilakich Begam Alias Bibkis Begam who has been implicated in connection with Amtali Police Station Case No. 2017/AMT/030 U/s 304(B)/34 IPC.
With the assistance of the learned Public Prosecutor I have carefully gone through the Case Diary and I am of the view that this is not a case for custodial interrogation.
Resultantly, the applicant, Bilakich Begam Alias Bibkis Begam is allowed to remain on her previous bail bond executed by her with the arresting authority.
Application stands disposed of.
