No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned Public Prosecutor for the Staterespondent is present. Orders passed on earlier occasions show that the petitioner Subhas Ch. Debnath has died on 30.12.2012. The matter has already been enquired by the O.C. of Panisagar P.S. and the O.C. has sent a copy of the death certificate of deceased petitioner. Last order passed on 12.11.2013 shows that learned counsel of the petitioner, Mr. Chakraborty sought some time to seek instruction as to whether legal heirs of the petitioner were interested to proceed further with the revisional application or not. Since no step is taken on behalf of the petitioner today, the revisional application is abated on the death of the petitioner and hence, closed.
