consent, these Writ Petitions are taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself

When the matter is taken up for heanng, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lis raised in the present Writ Petitions has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23 i38 of 2025, rxrhich was disposed of uide order dated 03.O9.2025, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petitions also.

4 The above made submission is not seriously disputed by the other side.

Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench in W.P.No.2313B of 2025, all the Writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioners be released forthwith within a period of slx (06) weeks from today, faiiing which, the entire amount with regard to retiral benefits shall carry interest at the
