Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ petition is filed by the petitioners questioning the action of the respondent No.3 in not considering the representation dated 20.O7.2025 for issuance of NOC/ deleting of Plot No.542 admeasuring 200 square yards in Sy.Nos.505 and 53O situated at Manne Muthyal€unma Kunta, T\rrkayamjal Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, from the prohibitory list under Section 22A of the Telangana Registration Act, 1908, in terms of the decision of respondent No.3 vide Lr.B /E41434512021, dated 27 .O8.2O22 and consequent \4emo^{No. 1 57381 GL} /2022,^{dated O2.O9.2022issued by} the respondent No.6 irrespective of representation made by the petitioners respectively on 20.07.2025, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of the W.P.No.22O93 of 2025 on O5.08.2025 and requested to pass similar order in this writ petition also.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration is not disputing the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners with regard" to^. the disposal of W.P.No.22093 of 2025, dated 05.08.2025.

In view of the above made submissions by both sides and for the reasons alike in the order in W.P.No.22O93 of 2025, dated 05.08.2025, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 to consider the representations dated 20.07 .2025 submitted by the petitioners respectively for issuance of NOC/ deletion of the subject property situated at Manne Muthyalanrma Kunta, Turkayamjal Village, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, from List of Prohibitory Properties in terms of the proceedings issued by the respondent No.3 vide Lr.B /84 / 4345 /2O2L , dated 27 .08.2022 and consequent Memo No. L5738 / Gl /2022, dated 02.09 .2022 issued by the District Registrar/respondent No.6.
