Within this time, petitioner shall take steps to file application seeking regularization under Sections 455-4 and 455-AA of the GHMC Act for regularizing the unauthorized construction/deviations made on the property bearing Plot No.53 (Northem Part) admeasuring233.33 square yards in Survey No.35 situated at Chaitanya Hills, Meerpet, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
