with the sanctioned Building Permit Order, (ii) to depute the Town Planning/Structural Engineering wing of Respondent No. 2 to carry out an immediate structural inspection of the excavation and of the compound wall and watchmens room of Sai Nivas Apartments, and to direct Respondent No.5 to carry out immediate bacKilling, retaining, or such other stabilization nreasures as may be necessary to safeguard the Petitioners building, (iii) to take acpropriate penal and regulatory action against Respondent No. 5 under the l-lyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, for the illegal cellar excavation, tree felling, and footpath encroachment, including demolition/removal of the unauthorized cellar ,construction found to be in deviation of the sanctioned Building Permit Order, and restoration of the encroached footpath, (iv) to ensure that any further constru(lion on the said plot, if permitted to continue, strictly conforms in every respect to ther sanctioned Building Permit Order dated 1410812026, including as to the number of floors, use, stilt parking, and mandatory setbacks, (b) direct the RespondenlAuthorities to assess, and to pay or cause to be paid to the Petitioner, adequate compensation for the structural damage/cracks caused to the compound wall and watchmens room of Sai Nivas Apartments, and for the mental agony, stress and inconvenience caused to the Petitioner on account of the said illegal construction activity and the inaction of the RespondentAuthorities and to pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case. lt is further prayed that pending disposal of the above Writ Petition this Honourable Court may be pleased to direct the respondent 2 to 4 herein to immediately stop all excavation and construction activity being carried out by Respcndent No.5 on the plot No.22, Survey No. 134. Neintampur Village, Gandipet l/andal, Rangareddy district, adjoining Sai Nivas Apartments, pending inspection and verification or compliance with the sanctioned Building Permit Order in the inte.est of Justice
