Heard Sri Krishna Kishore Kowuri, learned^{counsel for the} petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader^for Services-Ill appearing for the respondents and^{perused the} material on record. With their consent, this^{Writ Petitionis} taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that^the petitioner hled the instant Writ Petition questioning the action

of the respondents in not releasing the pel itioner's retiral benefits, despite token numbers having already been raised by the respondent authorities for pa5,.rnent of the amounts payable to the petitioner.

Learned counsei for the petitioner further submits that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has; already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of Lhis Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated O3.O9.2O25, and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present Writ Petition a1so.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-lll did not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of W.P.No.23138 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025 and submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders.

Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the retira-l benefits shall carry interest at the rate of lOo/o^per annum, from the date the amount fe1l due, till the actual date of its payment.
