Heard Sri P. Venkat Reddy, Iearned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Governmerrt Pleader for Services-Ill appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this ',I/rit Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner fi1ed the instant Writ Petition questioning the action

of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner's retiral benehts, despite token numbers having already been raised by the respondent authorities for payment of the amounts payable to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the lis raised in the present wdt Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated O3.O9.2O25, and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present Writ Petition also.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Ill did not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel for^the petitioner with regard to the disposa-l of W.P.No.23138 of 2025 dated 03.09 .2025 and submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers^and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders.

Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire arnor-rnt with regard to the retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of lO%o per annum, from the date the a_mount fell due, tilt the actua_l date of its payment
