WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri tV A K MUKHEED presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ, Order or Direction, or any other appropriate Order one in the nature of a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the Respondent No.4 not revoking/cancelling the registered General Power of Attorney executed by the Petitioner in favour of the Respondent No.S herein vide Doc.No.750212025 dated 14.10.2025 pertaining to the Petitioner's non agricultural land in Sy.No.91/38lAN1l4l1, vide N.A. proceedings No.421202812019 dated 20.09.2019 admeasuring 2840 Sq. yards, situated at Hothi-B Village, Zaheerabad lMandal, Sangareddy District, inspite of issuing notice dated 19.08.2026, as illegal, arbitrary in violation of principles of natural^justice and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia and also against the equity and consequently direct the Respondent No.4 to revoke/cancel the registered General Power of Attorney executed by the Petitioner in favour of the Respondent No.5 herein vide Doc.No.750212025 dated 14.10.2025 pertaining to the Petitioner's non agricultural

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the writ^petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M A K Mukheed, Advocate for the Petitioner and Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration for Respondent Nos.1 to 4, directed issue of notice to the Respondent No.S herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
