This Writ Petition is hled challenging the proceedings bearing File No.HS-2 I Armsl2997 12024-25, dated 20.05.2025, whereby the petitioner's application for grant of an arms licence was rejected on the ground that the petitioner had not submitted his membership identity card issued by NRAI or TRA, that he was not a regular participant and that he had submitted only two participation certifrcates, pertaining to the years 2018 and2024.
