Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit flled therewith, the High Court may be pleased to lssue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of Respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not withdrawing / suspending the Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against the Petitioner in connection with Crime No.13712021 of Women Police Station, South Zone, Hyderabad (C.C. No.11456 of 2021 on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad) as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Artrcles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia, more particularly when the dispute between the parties has already been amicably compromised and settled by virtue of the Memorandum of Understanding and Settlement Deed filed by the complainant^(Respondent No.4) in the said C.C.

Consequently direct Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to forthwith witlrdraw / cancel / suspend the Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against the Petitioner in connection with the above crime and communicate the same to the Bureau of lmmigration and all concerned authorities, and further direct them not to arrest the Petitioner at the airport or elsewhere on the basis of the said LOC.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to Direct Respondent Nos.1 to 3 to forthwith suspend the operation c,f the Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against the Petitioner in connection with Crime No.13712021 of Women Police Station, South Zone, Hyderabad (C.C. No.11456 of |2021) and not to arrest the Petitioner at the airport or elsewhere on the basis of the said LOC, in view of the amicable compromise and the Settlement Deed / tt/OU already filed by the complainant in the Trial Court Restrain the official respondents from taking any coercive steps against the Petitioner on the basis of the said LOC pending disposal of this Writ Petition.
