In the circumstances, this^{writ petition is disposedof} directing respondent Nos.3 to 5 to^{reconsider the building} permission application of the petitioner in File^{No.063760/CMC} lO2447llABPlC49l2026 dated^{17 .06.2026 in respectof Eastem part} ofPlot No.302-C admeasuring 150 square^{yards (out of300 square} yards) in Survey No.77 situated at Raghavendra Colonl',^Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy^{District, without} reference to the impugned shortfall letter dated^{19.06.2026issued} by respondent No.4 and without insisting for^{productionof No} Objection Certificate (NOC) from the IILC^authorities.

The building permission if any granted and the construction being made by the^{petitionershall} be subject to outcome of the aforesaid writ^petitions. There^shall
