		I.A. No.1 of 2026 Sri Ch. Srinivas, learned counsel appears for applicant/appellant. Sri A. Jagan, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise appears for respondent Nos.1 to 3. The instant Writ Appeal is suffering from a delay of 302 days in representing thereof. For condonation of same, the instant Interlocutory Application has been filed. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we find that though the instant Writ Appeal was filed much earlier, it was returned with some office objections on 10.10.2025. However, it was represented after sometime. The reasons for delay in representation of the instant Writ Appeal have been explained in the accompanying affidavit. Therefore, on being satisfied thereof, the delay of 302 days in representing the instant Writ Appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the instant Interlocutory Application is disposed of.	Transferred to i/o folder before corrections, if any.
