Execution - Attachment of salary - Instalment direction. A judgment debtor (JDR No.2) in a chit-fund decree moved this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against orders dated 02.09.2024 in E.P.No.943 of 2024, filed under Order XXI Rule 48 CPC in A.A.F.C.No./Dispute No.197 of 2020 on the file of the IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereby, per counsel's account, the trial court had attached her salary at Rs.53,000/- per month toward recovery of Rs.10,74,225/-, the entire chit amount having been thrown on her without division among the other judgment debtors.
