This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha (for short 'BNSS, 2023) seeking quashment of the proceedings against the petitioners-accused Nos.7 and B in C.C.No.583 of 2020 dated 12.05.2020, on the file of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class-cum-ll Additional Junior Civil Judge at Karimnagar.
