This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioners-accused Nos.l and 2 .seeking to quash the proceedings against them in P.R.C.No.37 of ZOLS on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences under Sections 448, 427, 506 and 323 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC) and Section 3( l)(v)(x) of Schedule Castes and the Schedule Tribes (Prevention Of Atrocities) Ae+"dfor short "the Act, 1989").

Heard Sri K.Venumadhav, learned counsel repr€senting Sri K.Chaitanya, lear-ned counsel for the petitioners and Sri M.Vivekananda Reddy, Iearned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent-State 3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of this Criminal Petition, P.R.C.No.37 of 2Ol5 was comnritted to the District and Sessions Judge for Trial of SC)/ST Cases, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar and the sarne was taken cognizance and numbered as S.C.No.4O of 2OL6.

[n view of the same, this Court is of the view that the cause of action in the present criminal petition does ::rot survive.

.{,ccordingly, this Criminal Petition is closed. However, petitioners are granted liberty to avail the remerlies as available under law.
