This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2C23 seeking quashment of the 'proceedings against the petitioners-accused Nos.2 to B in FIR No.7B of 2024 on the file of Kodair Police Station, Nagarkurnool District.
