This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 3 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.225 ot 2021 of CCS (DD) Women Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 4984 and

406 l.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3 When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the present crime, charge sheet is filed only against petitioner No.1-accused No.1 and that the charges are dropped against petitioner Nos.2 and 3-accused Nos 2 and 3 and hence, the case against petitioner Nos.2 and 3- accused Nos.2 and 3 does not survive She, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to petitioner No 1 to seek appropriate remedies according to law
