Appeal No. 119 ol 2023 in accordance with the the binding precedents of Honble Supreme Court of lndia mentioned therein, in the interest of Speedy^justice concept^guaranteed under Article 14, 2'l of lndian Constitution, strictly following the law laid down by Honble Supreme Court of lndia in case of Hussainara Khatoon and Ors vs Home Secretary, State Of Bihar, Govt. Of Bihar and others .

This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri BONALA SARAMMA ,Advocate for the Petitioner and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, the Additional Public Prosecutor (TG) on behalf of the Respondent Nos.1&2 and none appeared for the Respondent Nos. 3&4.

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking a direction to the leamed Xlll Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, to dispose of Crl.A.No.119 of 2023 in accordance with the binding precedents of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Hussainara Khatoon & Ors Vs.Home Secretrary, State of Bihar, Govt. of Bihar and others.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has limited his submission to the extent of seeking a direction to the learned Xlll Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, for expeditious disposal of Crl.A.No.119 ot2O23

The leamed Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed the same.

Considering the submission made by learned counsel on both sides, without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Criminal Petition by directing the Court concerned to dispose of Crl.A.No.1 19 pf 2023 at the earliest.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned Xlll Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, to dispose of Crl.A.No.1l9 of 2023 at the earliest.
