During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, restricted his prayer requesting the Court to dispense with the presence of the petitioner in C.C.No.673Z of 2025.

4- Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the submissions made by leaned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any view on the merits of the case, the presence of petitioner/accused No.2 bcfore the trial Court is dispensed with, subject to the condition that petitioner/ accused No.2 shall be represented through his counsel on each and every date of hearing. If the presence of petitioner/ acc u sed No.2 is required, he shall appear before the trial Court. [n case of non_appearance on the specihc date so flrxed by the learned trial Court for his appearancc, the trial court is entitled to proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
