Criminal Petition under Section 528 BNSS by the accused, G. Anand Vardhan, seeking quashment of Crime No. 835 of 2025 of Nagole Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered under Section 106 BNS. Respondent No.2, the de-facto complainant (Bale Raghavulu), filed I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2026 under Sections 359(6) and 359(2) r/w 528 BNSS seeking permission to compound the offence and to record the Joint Memo of compromise, whereby the accused agreed to pay Rs.3,50,000/- in full and final settlement (Rs.50,000/- in cash received after the death of the complainant's wife and the balance of Rs.3,00,000/- by Demand Draft No.736751 dated 02.01.2026 on Canara Bank). TIds Court uide order, dated 09.01.2026, directed the parties i.e., the petitioner and respondent No.2, to appear before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, on or before 22.OL.2O26 for their identification. In compliance of the said order, the Secretar5r, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted a report, dated 20.OL.2t)26, stating that the petitioner and respondent No.2 were duly identified. It is further stated that the parties have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise.

In view of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioner and respondent No.2 as well as the submiss;ions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2026 are allo'ved. Consequently, the proceedings in Crime.No.835 of 2025 of Nagole Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, are hereby quashed against the petitioner/accused.
