This Criminal Petition is hled seeking a direction to the leamed XIII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class-cum-Il Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Raj endra Nagar, to conduct^an expeditious trial in C.C. No. 593 of 2018 and dispose of the^{case withina} stipulated time period.

Heard Mr.M.Srinivasa Rao, leamed counsel^{for the petitionerand} Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, leamed Additional^{Public Prosecutorfor} respondent No. 1.

disposal of C.(-. No. 593 of 2018, and he is not seeking any relief against respondent No.2, as he is only a proforma respondent.

Learned counsel Ibr the petitioner submitted that the petitioner u'as accused il C.C. No. 128 of 2018, which was subsequently renumbered as^(.C.No.593 of 2018, and is facing prosecution for the offence under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'lPC'). The Inrestigating'Officer I-rled the final report on 24.01.2018, and the learnerl trial Court took cognizance in the year 2018. The matter has been pending since then, though the petitioner has been diligently prosecuting the case. He further submitted that nine witnesses havc been examined. Unless this Court issues necessary directions to the trial Court for concluding the trial and disposing of the case, the petrtioner r.vilJ be put to great hardship.
