It is stated that the husband of the pelitioner by name Sharpoddin was an Ex-Serviceman arid he has served in Military from 10. 11.1939 Fasli to 06.10.1955 and duly taking into consideration of his services, respondent No.5 addressed a letter to respondent No.2 for allotment of Government and the petitioner was assigned land admeasuring Acs.4.20 guntas in Sy.No.28, situated at Akkaram Village, Gajwel Mandal and District in the year 1998 uide Letter No.L.D/1658/Land/98-C, dated 15.12.1998. It is further stated that the petitioner was also issued pattadar passbook and title deed No.648174 uide Patta No.961 under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short "the ROR Act, ),97l"l and the Rules made thereunder. It is further stated that as the said extent was missing in Dharani Portal, the petitioner submitted an online application No.2300099691 seeking for passbook data correction and consequential issuance of e- pattadar passbook. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said application was rejected without assigning any reasons.

Considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties and with their consent, this u,r.it petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

This Court has carefully examined the impugned order rejecting the application No.23O0099691 submitted by the petitioner. Except stating that the application submitted by the petitioner is rejected by the Collector, no valid reason whatsoever has been assigned to enabie the petiti,tner to take appropriat e action. Since the impugnecl r>rder is not in consonance with the principles of natural just.ice, the same is liable to be set aside and accordingly, the samc is sr:t aside and the respondent authorities are directed to re_examine the application No.2300099691 submitted by rhe petirioner duly taking into consideration of the earlier passbook and title deed issued under the provisions of the ROR Act, lgZI and if she is otherwise cligible and entitle and fulhl all the requirements mentioned in CCLA,s circular No.1 ol 2021, dated tS.Ol.2O2l and Circular No. 1 of 2024, d,ated_ 2g.O2.2O2,1 and also the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land an<l pattadar Passbooks Act, 2020, consider the same and pass it reasoned order in accordance with law and communicate the same to the
