Being the next senior-most and fully qualihed anlong the existing firemen, he was promoted to the post of Leading Fireman against Roster No.49 and was posted to the Jagityal Fire Station to fill the existing vacancy. Therefore, learned Government pleader for Home submits that, in view of the interim order dated OS.OL.2OI7. the respondent has complierd with the said order passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.762 of 2Ol7 in W.p.No.68g of 2OlT. It is further stated that in view of compliance of the said interim order, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ petition.

Recording the said submissions, the Writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand
