The grievance of the^petitioner in the^present Writ^{Petitionis that} basing on the complaint made by the^petitioner on^{21.01.2025, the} respondents-authorities are not^{initiatingact'ronby registering the FIR} against the unofficial respondents^{herein,which actionof the respondents} it is contended as highly illegal and arbitrary.

Heard learned Counsel for the^{petitioner,the learned Government} Pleader for Home appearing for the official^{respondents,and perused the} record.

Having regard to the nature of /sinvolved^{in the WritPetition and} the manner of disposal, this Court^{is of the view thatnotice to unofficial} respondents is not necessary for adjudication of^{the presentWritPetition.}

When the matter is taken up for hearing,^{learnedGovernment} Pleader appearing for official respondents^{submits that therespondents-} authorities on receiving the complaint^{madeby tfre petitioner,havemade} a GD entry and after^{causing preliminaryerquiry,closed the said} complaint on 26.01.2025^{by noting the same as "civil in nature"; and that} the^petitioner was^{also informed of the action taken by sending} communication through^{registeredpost}

Having regard to the submission made as above and since, it is now stated before this Court that a communication through registered post has been sent to the petitioner inForming her of the action taken on the aforementioned complaint lodged by closing the same as ..civil in nature,,, this Court is of the view that the grievance cf the petitioner in the present Writ petition stands redressed. However, if the peutioner is aggrieved by the said action taken by the responclents_authorities, it is open for her to avail further remedies under Cr.p.C./ftNSS.

Granting liberty as noted hereinabove, the pr(lsent Writ petition is disposec, of. No order as to costs_
