No. 33,34.484 and 487, with buitt up area 870 Sq. Feet including common areas along with undivided share of land admeasuring 30 Sq. Yards or 22.57 Sq. I,4eters, out of 400 Sq. Yards or 334.45 Sq. Irrleters situated at East Anandbagh, under GHIVC of IMalkajgiri Circle and [/andal, IVIedchalMalkajgiri District though the said property is not included in the prohibitory list as prepared UlSec.22-A of Registration Act, i 908, and though the above property is not part of any Wakf property, as illegal, unlawful, contrary to law and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to accept the above document of the
