This Petition coming on for hearing,^{uponperusingthe petition and affidavit} filed in support thereof and w.P.No.6555^{of 2016 upon hearing the arguments of} SRI B.SREE RAMA KRISHNA,^{counsel for the Petitioner,and of GP For HIGHER} EDUCATION on behalf of Respondent^{Nos. ',l & 2 and of None Appearedfor the} Respondent No.3, the Court made^{the following:ORDER}

Petitioner-Ci.(. elestina filed W.P.No.6555 of 2016 s;eeking .egularization of her services as A,'1ender, on par with similarly situated employ:res. This Court, after conside rirrg the respective submissions all<>werl thr:, writ petition by Order dated 06.113.2025, and directed the resp,:ndr: nt-zruth orities to regularize her services within six months, with consequential benefits and arrears of salary.

The petitior-re- has now filed this Application strrtinly th,,rt she would aftain the age of s rr;:era nnuation by 26.O8.2025, and the six n onths period calculated from Ori.ll: .2025 goes beyond her date of retirement. and therefore prays for expedited r:,rnsideration of her regularization.

It is to be nc ted that the Orders in the writ petitiorr we re passed in March, 2025, and wr> are almost in July, 2O25, and so fr>ur ,Tonl:hs, time has already gone, anci t re petitioner is said to be nearing l.rer retire ment age by August 2025. ln that',riew of the matter, this Court de(|ms it alrpropriate to modify the direc;tion in W.P.No.655S ot 2016, dated 06.03.2025,^,br expedited consideration of regrr arization of the petitioner.

Accordingly. t he Application is ordered, with a direrctio,r to the 2nd respondent'comm is:; oner, to regularize the services of the retitioner by 25.08-2025. Neverlhe less, it is made clear that in the event of r egularization orders getting delayed for any reason, such delay shall not adversely affect the case of the pr:tirricner for claiming the benefits of regularization granted vide Order dated 06.(r1t.2025 passed in the writ petition.
