Learned Government^{Pleadersubmits that the bills pertaining} to the retirement^{benefitsof the petitioner are alreadyprocessed.} However, due to^{dearth of funds,the amounts could not be released} to the petitioner on time.^{Learned Government Pleader further} submits that as^{per seriatim of the token numbers, amountswill be} released to the^{beneficiaries..}

Having regard to^{the above submissions,this Writ petition is} disposed of directing^{the respondentsto release Gratuity (TS)} amount of Rs.3,94,922/-^{with Token No.2522395528,dated}

09.08.2024, Gratuity (cs) amount of Rs.12,05,978l- with Token No.2522394960, dated 09.08.2024, Commutation (TS) amount of Rs.5,39,391/- with Token No.25232395896, dated 09.08.2024, Commutation (CS) amount of Rs.16,45,914/- with Token No.2522395859, dated 09.08.2024, Encashment of Leave and HpL amount of Rs.10,48,817/- with Token No.2522588854, dated 05.09.2024, pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
