No.9BB9 of 2024, hence, the writ petition could be disposed of in terms of the order of this Court dated t8.04.2024 passed in W.p. No.9BB9 of 20.74.

Bringing the said submissions of both the learned counser on record, the writ petition is disposect of at the admission stage, darecting the petitioner to make a fresh application to the respondents within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order a ncl on receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to consider the same in accordance to law expeditiously, preferabty within a period of two (O2) weeks thereafter for providing electricity service connection to the subject premises of the petitioner,s property bearing plot No.2o4, in Sy.No.
