Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents particularly the 2nd respondent in not considering the petitioner for registration^-for admission into PG-Medical course for the academic year 2024-25 --under Management Quota Category 2 (NRl) for next phase of additional stray vacancy round counseling and subsequent phase of counseling as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to consider the^petitioner request for registration for admission into PG-Medical course under Management Quota Category 2 (NRl) in next phase of additional stray vacancy round counseling and subsequent phases of counseling for the academic^year 2024-25.
