The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in ttris writ petition does not survive at this point of time as the building permission has arready been revoked and he is not pressing for the relief as sought for against the respondent No.3, Station House Officer, Shalibanda Police Station.
In that view of the matter, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending,
shall stand closed.
