The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.2 Bank in not paying the^commission amount on the business procured through the^petitioner and discontinuing the referral agreement dated 21^.02.20L4 without any prior information or calling for explanation^as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct^respondent No.2 to allow the petitioner to continue the^referral agreement.

The facts of the case are that^{petitionerhas} entered into al agreement^-with respondent^{No.2 Bank on} 21.02.2014 whereby the said Bank agreed to^{pay 0.50%} commission for all loans. Subsequently,^{petitioner has} completed number of projects with the said^{Bank,however,} the said Bank did not sanction the commission amount^by stating that the PAN card of the^petitioner is^mismatched. Later, petitioner has submitted relevant documents^along with tax deductions (Form 16) . It is submitted that petitioner has got GST number in the year 2017.

The main grievance of the petitioner/party person is that respondent Bank has all ol a sudden issued the discontinuation letter to the referral agreement dated 21 .O2.2O14 without calling for^{any 'explanation.} Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that he has replied to the said show cause notice on 29.01.2025. Aggrieved over the same, the^present writ petition is filed.

Though vallous grounds are raised in the writ petition, the petitioner lparty in person restricts his'prayer seeking a direction to respondent authorities to initiate rV' action on the reply notice issued by the petitioner on 29.O1.2025 in a time bound period.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition 1S disposed of directing the respondent authorities to act upon the^{petitioner's/} party in person's reply dated 29.01 .2025 and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by putting all
