Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia^praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of ltrlandamus, to declare the impugned cyclostyled^proceedings issued by the 4th respondent bearing Procs. No.B/JO4S|2O09 dt. 22-1-2014 assigning the lands in favour of the unofficial respondent Nos. 5 to 16 in Sy.Nos.56'1 and 563 situated at Varikolu village, Koheda rlandal, Karimnagar District, while the provisional allotment certificates issued in favour of the petitioners bearing No.A3/1 196/80 dt. 1981 in respect of the same land are in force, without any notice to the petitioners and without following the procedure contemplated under the Law, as being illegal, arbitrary, unilateral, unjust and against to the principles of natural^justice and consequently set aside the same.
