It is stated that father of the petitioner by name P.Sampath Rao was assigned/allotted land to an extent of Acs.3.OO guntas in Sy.No. 191/30 situated at Kollur Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Sangareddy District uide proceedings No.A/5/1124/71, dated nll-O5.1972 under Exservicemen quota as per the policy enunciated by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.743, Revenue (B) Department, dated 30.04.1963. It is further stated that in pursuance of the said allotment, the petitioner's father name has been recorded in all the revenue records and he has been enjoying the said property as absolute owner. It is further stated that the Government, while revising its policy enunciated in G.O.Ms.No.743, inas issued G.O.Ms.No.1117, Revenue (Assignment-l) Department, dated I 1. 1 1. 1993, wherein the Government directed the Commissioner of Land Revenue, to permit the Ex-Seryicemen to sell away the assigned lands after 10 years from the date of assignment. It is further stated that after the death of petitioner's father he had succeeded the said subject land and when he has taken a decision to sell the property, the

prospective purchasers are insisting to obtain No Objection Certificate fl-om the District Collector and others; and explaining the reasons tl're petitioner has submitted a representalion, dated O4.1O.2O24 seeking for issuance of No Objection Certificate to enable him tcr deal with the subject property as absolute owner and also to enter into a sale agreement with the prospective purchasers. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after receiving the,said representation, the respondent authorities are not con siderin6l the same.

Consiclered the submissions of the learned counserl for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government pleader for Assignment appearing for the respondents and wit'h their consenL, this; writ petition is being disposed at the admission stage.

In vicv, o[ the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respr:ctive parties, this Court, without expressirrg any opinion on tlre merits of the matter and since the petitioner has already subnritted a representation, dated 04.1O.2024 seeking for issuance No Objection Certificate in terms of G.O.Ms. No. 1117, dat,3d 11.11.1993, deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing the respondents to examrrLe the

representation submitted by the petitioner and if the petitioner fulhls all the requirements, consider his case for issuance of No Objection Certificate and if the petitioner is not eligible for issuance of the same, pass a reasoned order and communicate the same within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed

of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
