Office/Residence, Karimnagar, has not been comp :ted, and the construction is under progress. The allotment of rl e shops/stalls will be done strictly in accordance with the rele v rnt rules and provision of law including the provisions of the ti reet Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Streer r'ending) Act 2014.

In view of the above, the writ petition ir; disposed of, directing respondent No.3 to consider the represe,r tation of the petitioner dated 02.12.2025 for allotment of shoJr^istalls to the members of the Karimnagar in the proposed Integrr ed Vegetable Market Complex, and pass orders, in accordance ,r,ith law, by affording opportunity of hearing to them, within a 1 eriod of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of thir; rrder. There shall be no order as to costs.
